BurnAware Free is a full-fledged, easy-to-use, free burning software which allows users to write all types of files such as digital photos, pictures, archives, images, documents, music and videos to CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs. BurnAware Free burns discs of plenty of different varieties, including DVDs, CDs, Blu-rays, and even boot discs. No matter which style of disc you're trying to make, you can find it with ease, thanks to the program's clean graphic interface. While it doesn't look all that creative, the interface makes the program remarkably easy to use for someone new to the process. BurnAware Free even lets you erase a used disc so you can turn it into something new. The program isn't remarkably fast or slow; it took us about six minutes to burn a CD and about 45 minutes to create a DVD disc. That could change if you have a faster drive or computer, obviously. The program's install process tucks an AVG toolbar into the download and tries to make itself the default action for your computer's autorun prompt, so make sure you uncheck those if you don't want them.
